特点 4即使内置扬声器放大器也能保证 105°c正常工作

车载语音合成lsi系列支持‒40- 105°c的工作温度范围。包括内置存储器和扬声器放大器在内均可保证在 105°c条件下正常工作，因此可以放心地用于车载应用。
通过采用在封装背面裸露焊盘、可通过电路板散热的结构，抑制了包括扬声器放大器在内的lsi内部温升，从而可保证在 105°c环境温度下正常工作。

可以在电脑上试听已创建的语音数据。

用来编辑初始声音数据波形的工具。

sdcb controller

用来将数据通过下面的硬件sdcb写入参考板上的语音合成lsi并试听的工具。可以通过gui（图形用户界面）的形式轻松处理要发送给语音合成lsi的命令。

声音设备控制板 "sdcb2" 和 "sdcb3"

通过sdcb controller的操作，将数据写入参考板上的语音合成lsi并试听的工具。
参考板可更换，参考板与所连接的语音合成lsi是相匹配的。

* 客户量产时的写入不在保修范围内。量产时，请使用在rohm的工厂写入后出厂的产品，或使用板上编程器。

* 根据对象lsi，可提供"sdcb2"和"sdcb3"两种工具。

参考板 （另售）

可提供针对不同语音合成lsi的参考板。
每款参考板均配备了扬声器插孔，因此，仅需连接扬声器即可轻松试听。

ml228xx和ml227xx内置lapis technology™ 的自有的4mbit～16mbit存储器p2rom，可缩短tat（turn around time）。每款都非常适用于语音操作指南等长时间播放应用。

短时间播放

短时间播放语音合成lsi内置692kbit～4mbit的rom，仅需从微控制器输入简单的命令即可轻松播放语音。另外还具备各种输入接口，可满足客户多样化的需求，仅需添加本lsi，即可轻松实现语音功能。

支持外挂存储器

支持外挂存储器的语音合成lsi ml226xx和ml224xx可以在外部连接高达128mbit的串行存储器，因此非常适合长时间的语音播放应用。

集高音质的语音播放功能和高输出扬声器放大器于1枚芯片。可以轻松地为白色家电等添加语音播放功能。
